RS Permata Cirebon and Indocement Cardiovascular Seminar

On October 10th 2018, SMU Healthcare and RS Permata Cirebon, in collaboration with PT. Indocement Tbk, held a seminar on cardiovascular diseases attended by approximately 100 Indocement employees and their families.

The event started with a health check including blood pressure, blood sugar, gout and cholesterol checks. Most seminar participants over 40 years old were very enthusiastic to undergo this health check provided by SMU Healthcare.

The event then continued with a presentation on cardiovascular diseases by Dr. Ursula Penny, a representative and functional doctor of RS Permata Cirebon. In a presentation that lasted for more than 1 hour, none of the seminar participants left their seat! Heart and cardiovascular topics are very important to Indocement employees and their families.

As expected, discussions after Dr. Ursula Penny’s presentation were very animated. Many employees took this opportunity to consult and increase their knowledge about cardiovascular diseases and healthy habits to prevent them.
